DVS = Digital Vinyl System. Special timecode vinyl records control digital tracks via the DJ software.
Setup: turntables → audio interface (Pioneer Interface 2, Rane SL3) → laptop running rekordbox / Serato.
Move the timecode vinyl, the software moves the digital file — same tactile feel as vinyl, infinite library.
Think of it like → Drive an electric car with a manual gear stick. The interface is familiar; the engine is modern.
