// WHAT IT DOES
Speak Help reads parameter values and control names aloud using your system's screen reader when you hover over controls. High-contrast mode increases visual differentiation between UI elements. Full keyboard navigation lets you control all of Live's parameters without a mouse. These features are enabled in Preferences → Look/Feel → Accessibility.
Think of it like → Accessibility features are like ramps at a building — they're required for some, but convenient for everyone.
▸ WHY YOU CARE
- • Music production shouldn't require perfect vision or motor control — these features open Live to a wider range of producers.
- • Keyboard navigation shortcuts benefit all users — knowing you can tab through parameters is useful even without screen reader needs.
